Trip Introduction

Annapurna Circuit Trek - 14 Days: "Experience the Best Trek in the World"

The Annapurna Circuit Trek is a moderately to strenuous journey that includes crossing Thorong La Pass (5,416m), one of the most frequently traversed high passes in Nepal. Recognized as one of the best trekking trails in the world, the circuit offers breathtaking views and diverse landscapes. Since 2010, the development of roads in some areas has shortened the trek, allowing us to customize the itinerary to minimize walking on dusty roads.

We offer four different Annapurna Circuit trekking packages tailored to your timeframe, service requirements, and budget. All treks begin with a comfortable 5-6 hour drive to Besisahar. From there, we travel by local jeep or bus to avoid dusty roads, then gradually trek the scenic trails to Bagarchap, Chame, Pisang, Manang, and Thorong Phedi. Roads now extend to Manang and even Khangsar, on the route to Tilicho Lake, the highest lake in the world at 4,949m.

This 14-day Annapurna Circuit Trek concludes in Jomsom after crossing Thorong La Pass and visiting Muktinath. Unlike the full 21-day Annapurna Circuit trek, which continues to Kalopani, Tatopani, and Ghorepani, this is a shorter, more accessible version, often referred to as the "Mini Annapurna Circuit."

Jomsom, located at an altitude of 2,700m, is a charming town in the Mustang trekking district, known for its airport and the short pilgrimage to Muktinath Temple, a sacred site for both Hindus and Buddhists. From Jomsom, domestic flights to Pokhara offer stunning views of the Annapurna range, marking the end of the trek for those seeking a shorter adventure.

We also organize a 17-day luxury Annapurna Circuit trek, perfect for trekkers who wish to enjoy the journey while staying in high-end lodges and five-star hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara. For budget-conscious trekkers, we offer budget-friendly packages as well.

Given the elevation of Thorong La Pass, this trek is rated as moderate to demanding. Physical fitness is essential, as trekkers should be prepared to walk 5-9 hours daily. The best times to trek are from March to May in spring and mid-September to mid-December in autumn and winter.

For more information, feel free to reach out via email. We are dedicated to providing the best trekking experience for you and your companions. Welcome to the Annapurna Circuit Trek—make it the adventure of a lifetime!

In conclusion, this 14-day Annapurna Circuit Trek is the shortest version of the traditional Annapurna Round Trek, which typically takes 18 days before the roads were built on both sides of the circuit. Our carefully crafted itinerary includes one overnight stay in Ngawal village, allowing you to enjoy stunning mountain views and providing optimal acclimatization for Thorong La Pass, one of the most remarkable passes in the Annapurna region.

Accommodation during this two-week trek is deluxe, featuring hot showers and attached bathrooms along the trails, ensuring your comfort throughout the journey. This upgraded version of the Annapurna Circuit Trek promises a memorable and enjoyable experience with us.
