Total about 7-8 hrs ride today, we ride from KTM city to Sundarijal, and ride up to Mulkharka village and then ride to Chisapani, can enjoy mountain views, local villages, national park, about 2-3 hrs of UP and 1 hour down, 2-3 hrs gentle flat today. overnight at Prakriti Resort and organic farm, total about 45 km

Today we slept in a local farmers house, basic guest house at Timal Hill, located at the hill of TIMAL, famous for buddhist stupas, local villages, mountains views etc.. total about 40-45 km, 2 hrs down and 2-3 hrs uphill ride, local foods. The main objectives to ride this TIMAL hill is for religious purpose, you can visit buddhist religious site in timal if you are interested.
