• Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu for Luxury Annapurna view trek & Transfer to Hotel Marriott /Hotel Dwarika

  Airport guide and driver with private comfortable car of NETTA will cordially welcome you in TIA, Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. A short Luxury Annapurna view trek briefing will arranged in hotel to check trek gears, clearance of Payment, schedule of trek etc.. afternoon is free to walk or rest at hotel. In the evening 6.30 pm we arrange a cultural dinner near your hotel to enjoy local meals and cultural shows. you will return hotel after dinner around 8.30 pm.

• Day 02 : Flight to Pokhara, drive to Phedi and Trek to Dhampus- 3 hrs - Basanta Lodge (B/L/D)

  after breakfast around 7.30 am, we drive to domestic Airport in Kathmandu and fly to Pokhara( 22 min flight). from Pokhara Airport, you drive about 45 min to road of Baglung and stop at Phedi, you may stop for lunch here or walk little bit hill of Dhampus and stop for lunch, we walk Dhampus about 3 hours total from Phedi.. today is just relaxing trek, check in to best lodge of Dhampus- Basanta Lodge, afternoon free and join happy hour from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. we can see Machhapuchhre view from Dhampus today.

• Day 03 : Trek to Landruk( 1565m)- 5 hrs- La Bee lodge (B /L /D)

  We have breakfast at lodge around 7 am and start trek 8 am from lodge, we walk via Pothana, Deurali, Tolka and finally reach at Landruk. Today we cross small villages and can enjoy views of Annapurna South and Fishtail mountain. We stop for lunch at Tolkha with nice view of Farms and mountains. the trail is easy moderate with low altitude walk. today is second day of Annapurna view luxury trek and you will enjoy it.

• Day 04 : Trek to Ghandruk (1940M)-approx 5 hrs- Himalaya Lodge (B/L/D)

  Ghandruk is one of best hilly villages located at 1940m and offer best views of close annapurna south, Hiuchuli, ffishtail and other mountains and a typical Gurung villages. after breakfast, you will walk down to Kimrong River and then walk up hill to Ghandruk, it is about 2 hours to River and then walk 3 hours slowly to Ghandruk, afternoon you can walk village and enjoy evening at Himalaya Lodge.

• Day 05 : Trek to Ghorepani (2860M)-Approx 8-9 hrs- Hotel snow land orThe Sunny Hotel (B/L/D)

  Since there are just normal lodges in Tadapani, today is one of the longest day of this trek. we leave Ghandruk by 7.30 am, we will reach Tadapani for Lunch around 11 am, enjoying the natural forest walk via Baisikharka. Tadapani offers forest view and view of annapurna, located middle of forest. we continue walk to Ghorepani, main highlighted hilly village of Luxury Annapurna view trek. its about 5 hours of up and down trek via Bhanthanti, deurali and finally reach at Ghorepani. rest at Ghorepani.

  Early morning 5.30 am we hike to Poonhill( 3190m) to see best sunrise views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nigiri, Tukuche peak, Annapurna south and more...Poonhill is best place to reach and enjoy sunrise or sun set of this Annapurna region, it is also called Annapurna view point and so we give this trek name Annapurna view luxury trek, after sunrise from Poonhill, we walk back to Ghorepani, have breakfast and walk almost 3 hours last trek to Ulleri, today is last day of walking, overnight at best lodge of this area.

Can I get Nepal Visa in Kathmandu Airport on arrival? How much it cost?

our package does not include cost of Visa fee which is normally USD 30 which you easily obtain in Kathmandu international Airport on arrival day, you need one passport photo and visa form to be filled up.

Is hot shower available in trek?  How much it cost?

Yes hot shower is available and its included in package

When is the best time to visit Annapurna Base Camp or Annapurna trek?

The best time to trekking in Nepal is mid-September to mid- December (fall season) and March to May (spring season)

How hard is the trek to Annapurna Base Camp or other Annapurna trek?

Annapurna base camp trek is categorized in moderate level trek; this is most popular trek in Annapurna region. The high passes in Annapurna treks are somehow hard but without passes, trek to annapurna base camp is moderate level. more than 95 % trekkers easily do this trek.

Do I need to worry about acclimatisation?

in this trek, the maximum altitude you are trekking is 3210 at Poonhill since our itinerary is well prepared to meet proper acclimatization, this trek is doable for all trekkers who are physically fit and who can walk minimum of 5-6 hrs. a day

What should I do to prepare for the trek?

The best way to prepare for any treks or hikes in Nepal is, you have to give yourself at least one hour of physical activity such as walking or running or cycling. It is highly suggested to run around nearest park or around home daily 1 hour or more.

How cold does it get?

The coldest temperature in this trek will be depend on the months of trek, normally, the lowest you can expect is below -10 degree Celsius at higher point of this trek.

Do I need sleeping bag? Is it included? If not, how much it cost to rent or buy?

our packages included warm clean sleeping bag to use during the trek, we provide it in Kathmandu before trek.

Do I need down jacket? Is it included? If not, how much it cost to rent or buy?

our packages included warm clean down jacket to use during the trek, we provide it in Kathmandu before trek, however if you have your own down jacket, we advise to bring it. it is always easy and better to use your own gears.

Where I buy drinking water in trek? How much it cost?

for all Luxury trek packages, we have included 4-5 liter of boiled or filtered drinking water per person per day.

Can I charge my laptop or camera or mobile battery in trek? How much it cost?

For all luxury packages, we provide free battery charges facilities during the trek

What about hot showers in the trek? Is it included, if not included how much it cost?

it is available and included in our package.

What happens if I’m not as fast as the rest of the group?

it is normal that all trekkers may not walk in same speed or pace, it is not really necessary, if you walk slower than other trekkers in group, some porter or assistant guide will be walking together with you.

Do I need travel insurance? And where should I buy this?

Yes, travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation by helicopter is necessary for any high-altitude treks over 4000 m is recommended. You can find travel insurance online or we also can assist to buy your insurance from Nepal or with any other reliable companies.

What will happen If I can’t trek due to altitude sickness or any other reason?

if you can’t trek a head due to altitude sickness or any other reason like accident, we will immediately coordinate with your travel insurance to evacuate you from mountain to city and transfer to hospital for further medical facility.

Will I see lots of other people?

during the high season months like October to November in fall season, there are more trekkers in trail than other off season like early September or late December or June July in late spring.

Do I need to carry any special diets? Energy bars during trek?

it is really not necessary to carry but you can bring some of those energy bars or snacks to keep not hungry when there are long hours of walk to get lodge for lunch or sometime evening. We suggest to keep some extra diets or dry foods.

What is tipping system for guide and porters or drivers? How much we should budget for it?

 The tipping is as per your own choice, however usually tipping for guide is normally 10-20 US$ per day and US$ 5-15 per day for porter. You can share tipping amount among the group.

We have suitcase to travel in flight from here to Kathmandu. How does our porter will carry it? Or do you provide porter duffel bag?

Yes, you can travel Kathmandu with your own suitcase. In Kathmandu we provide porter duffel bag to put your trekking gears and clothing. It is free of cost use duffle bag in trek and you can take as gift after trek.

Do I need to bring own first Aid? Is your company guide having first Aid?

we advise you to bring your own first aid for your personal use. However, our guide keeps their first aid too. We keep all necessary medicine for trek.

Do I need trekking pole? Can I buy it or your company provide it to use for trek?

it is depending on person if they like to use poles or not. We provide free use of trekking poles when you buy our full package. if you have your own trekking poles, we advise you to bring it.

Does it may rain? Do we need to carry raincoat?

depending on season, weather may change anytime in mountain. So, it is better to carry raincoat for this trek. You can buy raincoat in Kathmandu trekking shops or you can bring it from your country.

Can I store my suitcase or unnecessary baggage in Kathmandu while we are on trek?

Yes, you can. we arrange FREE of cost store of your suitcase or baggage while you are in trek.

What is baggage allowance for Pokhara flight? How long is this flight?

Kathmandu to Lukla flight is about 25 minute long and total 20 kg baggage allowance is included in the airfare included in trek package.
