Trip Introduction

Alike our Saribung trekking & Expedition, this saribung expedition trip also start from jomsom after 18 min scenic flight from pokhara and first day of trek lead you to the door of upper mustang- Kagbeni. Saribung expedition leads you regular trekking route of upper mustang up to Lo-manthang and after an exploration day at Lo-manthang, trail lead you to the way to Dhamodhar kunda. After exploration of Dhamodha Lake, we will follow snow and glacier path of Saribung peak and off the beaten track of Saribung expedition and we will summit Saribung peak and our trail join with Nar phu valley. After Narphu valley, we will make our trail Manang to Annapurna circuit and by crossing Khang la pass and throng la pass at our trip ends at Jomsom and fly back to pokhara again. The highlight of this trek is trekking and expedition of newly opened route of saribung in mustang region, exploration of upper mustang valley, visit to Dhamodha kunda lake and most important highlights of this expedition is Saribung expedition( 6346m) with Two high passes of Annapurna region- Khang la pass and Throng la pass. The most important advantages of this trip is you will start trek at one place and end with same place but without repeating any single trek routes back and forth.

Saribung expedition (6346m) with Khangla pass (5200m) and Throng la pass (5416m) is lifetime adventure journey that is once in a lifetime challenging trip in Nepal Himalaya. Very few tourists of the world have completed this circle trip and this is one of most interesting and unforgettable trekking, climbing and cultural experience for everyone. As a most experienced local Sherpa owned company, NTTA has been organize this trip over 6 times from last 2006 once this route and saribung expedition is officially opened for trekkers and climbers. Upper mustang saribung- Khangla pass- Throng la pass trip is special itinerary of NTTA which is used by few trekkers/climbers in the past.
